Points program: every euro, every action, every visit
The customer accumulates points with each purchase according to the rules you define. You can set the conversion ratio, apply multipliers by level, product, or season, and configure when and how they are redeemed.
Configurable conversion rules

Define the base ratio (e.g., 1€ = 10 pts) and the redemption ratio (1,000 pts = 1€). Activate the calculator so customers always see how much their balance is worth.

Multipliers by level, campaign, or product

Gold level = x2 points always. Summer campaign = x3 in selected category. New product = x5 the first week. Workflows calculate and apply it automatically.

Expiration control and delayed activation

Points can expire monthly, quarterly, or annually, with exceptions by level. A delay in activation can also be configured to prevent returns.

Total cycle configuration

How many stamps are needed, what happens when completed, if it resets automatically, if the last stamp is a special reward. All configurable.

Visible in real-time in the wallet

The customer sees their stamps updated instantly in Apple or Google Wallet. When they are close to the reward, the push notification reminds them.

Combine stamps with points on the same card

You do not have to choose. The card can display both mechanics at once — stamps for the immediate reward and points for the long-term catalog.

Levels turn the program into a progression experience. The customer not only accumulates points — they advance towards a status that unlocks real privileges. The Gold level is not a badge: it is a x2 multiplier and access to exclusive benefits.
Define thresholds and multipliers

Configure how many points are needed for each level and what point multiplier it has. Bronze x1, Silver x1.5, Gold x2, Platinum x3.

Configurable level downgrade

Activate or deactivate level downgrade due to inactivity. If activated, configure how many days of inactivity trigger it and how many levels are downgraded.

Level exceptions in expiration

Higher levels can be exempt from point expiration. An exclusive benefit that reinforces the value of the Platinum level.

Referral program: your customers acquiring new customers
The customer shares their unique link. When a friend registers (and optionally makes their first purchase), both receive points. Customer acquisition that pays for itself with program points.

Each member has their referral URL. When someone registers from that link, the system attributes it automatically.

Customizable conditions to activate the reward

The reward can be activated upon registration, or only if the referral makes their first purchase. The limit of referrals per customer is also configurable.
