The most direct communication channel
without needing an app.

Email, SMS, social media — all have a problem: they compete with thousands of messages and depend on the customer opening something, clicking on something, or seeing something. Push over wallet goes directly to the lock screen, without intermediaries and without competition.

Immediate visibility on the lock screen

The notification appears on the mobile lock screen, just like a WhatsApp message or a banking alert. The customer doesn't have to open anything, doesn't have to click anywhere — the message is there, visible, the moment they turn on the mobile.

No own app or complex permissions

Omniwallet push notifications arrive via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — infrastructure already installed on 95% of mobiles. No need to download any app, no need to accept specific notification permissions. The channel already exists on the customer's phone.

Open rates much higher than email

Push notifications over wallet have view rates that multiply those of email marketing. The email inbox is saturated — the lock screen is not. A push that appears at the right time (just when the customer passes near the store) has an incomparably greater impact than a weekly newsletter.

The right message
for every situation.

Omniwallet not only sends one type of push. It has five different modes that cover the entire communication cycle with the customer — from massive campaigns to automatic notifications by behavior.

Type 1 · Massive notifications
Impact your entire base in seconds, no cost per message
When you want to communicate something to all your customers — a launch, a one-time promotion, an event, or a corporate message — the massive push reaches everyone who has the card installed. No recipient limit, no variable cost.
Launches and news

"New collection available · 3x points this weekend." The entire program notified instantly from the panel.

Promotional campaigns

Black Friday, sales, brand anniversary, customer day — any one-time campaign communicated with a single click.

Sending history with metrics

Each massive push is recorded with date, recipients, delivery rate, and platform (Apple vs Google). Complete traceability from the panel.

Type 2 · Segmented notifications
The relevant message only for those who deserve it
Not all customers deserve the same message. Gold customers receive the benefits of their level. Those who haven't appeared for weeks receive a return incentive. Those with higher average spending receive access to exclusive rewards. Segmentation makes the message relevant — and relevance multiplies the impact.
By customer level

"Exclusive for Gold customers: early access to the collection." Only those with the status receive it — reinforces the value of the level.

By behavior and history

Inactive customers, frequent customers, buyers of a specific category, customers near the next level. Any CDP criterion can be a segment.

More effective, less intrusive messages

A customer who receives only messages that are relevant to them perceives the channel as valuable, not as spam. Segmentation protects the long-term relationship.

Type 3 · Geolocation
The exact push when the customer is 200 meters from your store
Geolocation turns physical proximity into a communication opportunity. When a customer with the card installed passes near one of your points of sale, they automatically receive a contextual push. The most relevant moment possible: they are in the right place to act.
Configuration by store location

Define the location of each point of sale and the activation radius. When the customer enters the radius, the push is launched automatically — without manual intervention.

Customizable message by store

Each store can have its own proximity message. "Serrano Store: keep earning points today." The communication reflects the customer's exact context.

Measurable store traffic

The geolocated push is one of the most effective channels for generating traffic at the physical point of sale — and its impact is completely traceable through subsequent transactions.

Type 4 · Individual notifications
One-to-one communication for a customer's specific moment
Sometimes the message has to go to a specific person — an incident, a special reward, a personalized incentive, or a response to a specific interaction. Individual pushes allow sending the message to a specific customer from their profile in the panel, at any time.
From the customer's profile

In the detail view of a contact, the team can send an individual push with a personalized message — no campaigns, no workflows, from the panel.

VIP recognition and attention

Your most valuable customer is celebrating 5 years in the program. The manager sends them a personal push: "Thank you for 5 years of loyalty. We look forward to seeing you this weekend with a special gift."

Incident resolution

If a redemption has any issues, the team can communicate directly via push with the affected customer — without going through email or phone.

Type 5 · Automatic notifications
The push that sends itself, in response to what the customer does
Automatic notifications are the most impactful type — because they arrive exactly when the event occurs. A push that confirms points accumulated seconds after the purchase has a positive reinforcement effect that no scheduled email can match.
Confirmation of points accumulated

"+240 points added · your current balance is 3,480 pts." The customer sees it when leaving the store. The reinforcement is immediate and concrete.

Milestones, levels, and benefits unlocked

Upon reaching the Gold level, completing the stamp card, exceeding a cumulative spending milestone — any program event can trigger an automatic push.

Activated by Workflows

Any workflow can include a push notification node as an action. The flow design determines exactly when, to whom, and with what message the notification arrives.

Everything you need to know
about Omniwallet push

Does the customer need to download an app to receive the push?
No. Omniwallet push notifications arrive via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, which are already installed on the vast majority of smartphones. The customer only needs to add the loyalty card to the wallet — which is done with a click from a QR or a link.
Does the customer have to accept notification permissions?
Push over wallet cards do not require a specific notification permission from the customer beyond adding the card. In Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, card updates and notifications work without needing to accept additional app permissions.
How does geolocation work? Does it require GPS to be active?
Wallet geolocation uses iOS and Android infrastructure (native geofencing), which does not require GPS to be continuously active. It works by detecting Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth beacons, making it battery efficient and non-intrusive for the user.
Is there an additional cost for push notifications?
No. Push notifications are included in all Omniwallet plans with no variable cost per send or recipient. You can send massive, segmented, or individual pushes without worrying about the number of messages.
Can I see who has received and viewed each push?
Yes. The notification history records each push sent with date, number of recipients, delivery rate, and platform (Apple vs Google Wallet). Open and click metrics are available in the push analytics dashboard.
Can automatic pushes be combined with Workflows?
Yes. Any workflow can include a push notification node as an action. You can configure that after a specific event (point accumulation, level change, detected inactivity) a push is automatically sent with the message you define, with dynamic variables from the customer's profile.
