Omniwallet
Splio

Change CRM whenever you want.
The program stays.

Splio is a complete CRM platform: marketing automation, CDP, loyalty, and wallet in a single tool. That is its value and also its condition: to have its loyalty program, your entire customer relationship moves in there. Omniwallet doesn't ask that of you. It works on top of the CRM you already have, and keeps working the day you change it.

The metric that decides the project

How much of your stack
each one occupies

Splio defines itself as an AI-first CRM platform, and that is exactly the proposition: centralize the CRM, marketing automation, customer data, loyalty, and wallet in one place. Omniwallet occupies a specific layer and leaves the rest in the hands of the tools you have already chosen.

The layers of your customer stack

Why this matters more than it seems. Consolidation has real advantages and Splio defends them well. But it has a trade-off that does not appear in the proposal: from the day of signing, your loyalty program and your email tool are the same contract. If in two years you want to change your mailing platform, or your corporate group standardizes another CRM, you are not changing one tool: you are also dismantling the program, the points, the tiers, and the cards of your customers. With Omniwallet, that day you just change a connector.

Core Differences

Eight things Omniwallet
brings to the table

We acknowledge the parts where we agree: CDP, card in Apple and Google Wallet with proximity pushes, points and tiers engine, RFM segmentation, and conversational assistant. The interesting part starts right after.

You keep your CRM. And you can change it

Klaviyo, Connectif, Sales Manago, Brevo, and HubSpot on the way: the program connects to the one you have and keeps working if tomorrow you switch to another. The points, tiers, and cards don't live in your email tool, they live in ours.

No migrating the customer relationship

A project, not a transformation

Launching the program does not force you to move your mailings, your templates, your automations, or your contact base. Marketing keeps working where it already knows how to work, and adds a loyalty layer on top.

No double learning curve

The full pricing, published

Four plans with their price on the web, from 0 to 399 €, and the cent per extra activity also published, with an open calculator. You can take a fixed budget to your board without having talked to any sales rep.

No prior process

You can build it entirely before paying

The Freemium plan gives you 100 activities a month, free forever and with all the features of the Advanced plan. You configure the rules, design the card, and show it to your team with screenshots of your own program, not a demo.

No ticking clock

Loyalty Market: catalog, stock, and shipping

Physical rewards with stock, SKU, and attributes, gift cards from major brands, dynamic coupons, and redemption management with statuses and home delivery, published on your own domain and with your brand.

Reward logistics included

Your store checkout, with a native connector

Ágora, Stockagile, a3innuva, and stm ready from the dashboard, plus physical store management with native actions on the POS and register tracking by point of sale. No integration project getting in the way.

Spanish retail out of the box

Journeys and ROPO attribution

Cross-references the web sessions of each identified customer with their in-store purchases to know which physical sale comes from which online campaign, with a breakdown of days between the last visit and the purchase. That ROAS isn't reported by Meta or Google.

Points for social media and sports

Social Points hands out points for following you on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, or YouTube, and for leaving a Google review. And Strava integration converts kilometers, minutes, and elevation into points, with sports challenges and anti-fraud.

Out-of-the-box loyalty
Loyalty Master

An assistant that doesn't just
answer: it executes.

We both have a conversational agent. The difference is in what it can do with the answer. Loyalty Master lives inside your Omniwallet account, sees everything in it, and acts on the program: it sets up the campaign, creates the workflow, and leaves the configuration ready for your team to review. And it's in a 199 € plan with a published price.

Reports RFM segmentations, points program performance, inactive or at-risk customers, best customers by value, and campaign results. In text, in a table, as a comparison, or as an executive summary, depending on how you ask.
Executes Sets up complete loyalty campaigns, creates automation workflows, and leaves part of the program configuration ready. This is the real difference.
Advises With full visibility of the account, it cross-references information and recommends: which segments to prioritize, which automations have the most impact, where there is margin, and what goals to set.

Loyalty Master Example

Give me the 30 customers with the highest churn risk and export them to CSV

I have cross-referenced recency, frequency, and value over the last 12 months. They are 30 customers with 18,420 € of accumulated CLV and an average of 147 days without purchasing. 22 are in the At Risk segment and 8 in Hibernating. at-risk-customers.csv

Set up a reactivation campaign for that group with 300 bonus points

Campaign created as a draft: rule returning customer, action add 300 points, and push to wallet card upon accreditation. I have limited it to one execution per customer. Review it and activate it whenever you want. Campaign in draft

And behind Loyalty Master,
nine other new features

Everything on this list was released this year and is already in production, inside the plan, and with a known price. If you saw an Omniwallet demo six months ago, this is what you are missing.

New

Campaigns

Rule and action engine: nine purchase conditions, point balance, tier or date; and actions for points, product, coupon, email, push, webhook, or segment change. With tier groups so each customer receives only the best reward.

New

Segments

Named audiences that are filled manually or via CSV and are used as triggers or conditions inside workflows. Each segment shows which automations it is participating in.

New

Custom fields

Eight field types with validations, required flags, uniqueness, and regex, in four languages. With a stable slug to consume them from the API and use them as a segmentation criterion.

New

RFM Report

Classifies the base into Champions, Loyal, Promising, New, At Risk, Hibernating, and Lost, with mean and median LTV, seasonal heatmap, retention, and churn. Each segment can be exported with one click.

New

Commerce Report

Revenue concentration via Pareto, CLV distribution, frequently bought together products, sales velocity changes, dead stock, category affinity, and suggested free shipping threshold.

New

Journeys and ROPO

Nominative sessions per customer, conversion funnel, and automatic detection of the "research online, purchase offline" pattern, attributing those physical revenues to the campaign that originated them.

New

Social Points

Points for following your brand on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, or YouTube, and for leaving a Google review. Each network with its own points and URL.

New

Strava Integration

The customer connects their account via OAuth and their kilometers, moving time, and elevation gain are converted into points. With sports challenges, daily limits, and automatic blocking of suspicious activities.

Beta

Dynamic coupons

The discount code is generated in your store at the time of redemption, with a fixed amount, percentage, buy X get Y, free shipping, or free product. It refunds points if the customer doesn't use it.

Modularity

Four changes you will experience
in the next three years

No stack decision stays intact for three years. These are the four that repeat the most, and what each one entails depending on where your loyalty program lives.

Splio Everything on the same platform

When CRM, email, and loyalty are the same product, they are also the same decision.

  1. You change email toolsIt's not a tool change: the loyalty program lives inside it
  2. Your corporate group standardizes another CRMThe corporate decision drags along the points, tiers, and cards of your customers
  3. You migrate your ecommerce or change POSThe integration has to be redone inside the platform that handles everything
  4. You want to test the program before decidingWithout a free plan or open signup, the test goes through a demo and a proposal
1 decision that ties your CRM, your mailings, and your loyalty program all at once.
Omniwallet Independent layer

The program lives on its own platform and connects to whatever you have at the moment.

  1. You change email toolsYou disconnect one connector and connect another. Points and cards don't move
  2. Your corporate group standardizes another CRMKlaviyo, Connectif, Sales Manago, Brevo, or HubSpot: the program stays the same with any of them
  3. You migrate your ecommerce or change POSYou activate the new platform's plugin from the dashboard and continue with the same customer base
  4. You want to test the program before decidingYou build it entirely for free with all the features of the Advanced plan
1 connector is all that changes when the rest of your stack changes.
Integrations

Coexist with your stack
or replace it.

Splio integrates with your ecosystem via REST API, SFTP files, their own or partner connectors, and webhooks. It is an open and capable architecture. The difference is in the starting point: we do not aspire to take the place of your CRM, but to plug into it.

The practical question is not how many integrations each one has, but who remains in control of your customer relationship. With Splio, the platform becomes the center and the rest of your tools orbit around it. With us, the center remains yours and the program plugs in wherever it is needed.

Real cost

with our full pricing

We are not going to estimate what Splio costs, because they do not publish any figures and any number we put here would be made up. What we can do is show ours in full, calculated with the public rate and without negotiating anything.

What counts as an activity

Any operation that adds or subtracts points: a purchase, a redemption, birthday points, a review, a roulette spin. As a reference, your total activities roughly equal your monthly orders multiplied by 1.3. The contacts in your base are not factored into the calculation: you only get billed for what moves.
