Omniwallet
Loyoly

Their pricing calculator
ends in a form.

Loyoly has a calculator on their website with five steps: you choose modules, choose front end, state how many members you have... and on the last step you leave your name, your company email, and accept terms so they can send you the price. At no point does a figure appear on screen. Ours does.

Comparative journey until knowing the amount

And there is a detail in step three. Their calculator asks how many members you have or expect to have, with a slider that goes up to half a million. That is, the price goes up with the size of your database, which is exactly what a loyalty program is supposed to grow. In Omniwallet that meter doesn't exist: you only get billed for the activity that adds or subtracts points, so a dormant member costs nothing.

Core Differences

Eight things Omniwallet
includes out of the box

We acknowledge the parts where they tie: points, tiers, member card, coupons and vouchers, rewards catalog, and a back office that manages marketing without relying on IT. The interesting part starts right after.

The card lives in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

The customer adds it with a tap and carries it in the app their phone already has from the factory, with balance and tier updating automatically. In Loyoly, the member card lives inside their front end: browser, SDK inside your app, or a white-label app you have to install.

Native pass vs web or app

Push to the lock screen without an app

The notification comes from the pass itself, so it arrives without the customer having to install any app or grant additional permissions, and it can be triggered when approaching a store. Without a proprietary front end getting in the way.

No prior installation

The price, on the web and without giving your data

Published plans from 0 to 399 € and the cent per extra operation also published, with an open calculator. You can take a fixed budget to your board without having talked to any sales rep or leaving a corporate email.

Open pricing

Your member base doesn't make the tool more expensive

We bill for activities that add or subtract points, not for registered people. You can acquire as much as you want without watching the bill. Their calculator, however, asks for the number of members as one of the three pricing factors.

Acquiring doesn't penalize

In production in days, not in ten weeks

You sign up for free, connect your ecommerce or your POS with a pre-built connector, and distribute the card to your entire base via WhatsApp, email, or in-store QR. Loyoly estimates their implementation at ten weeks, which is already fast for the enterprise world.

Weeks of difference

Business analytics, not just program metrics

RFM report with seven segments and AI reading, Commerce report with Pareto, CLV, frequently bought together, dead stock, and at-risk customers, and ROPO attribution of in-store sales to online campaigns.

RFM · Pareto · ROPO

Automated WhatsApp and email with your own SMTP

Welcome messages and points addition/deduction via WhatsApp, with delivery tracking, plus transactional email with your server and your templates. Without having to pay for a separate messaging tool.

Own channels

Points for social media and sports

Social Points hands out points for following you on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, or YouTube, and for leaving a Google review. Strava integration turns kilometers, minutes, and elevation into points, with sports challenges and anti-fraud blocking.

Out-of-the-box loyalty
Loyalty Master

Stop searching for the data.
Just ask for it.

Loyalty Master is our artificial intelligence agent and lives inside your account. It has access to everything in it —audiences, points program, Loyalty Market, communications, campaigns, channels, and analytics— and turns any of those data points into answers, reports, and actions. Instead of browsing dashboards, you type what you need.

Reports RFM segmentations, points program performance, inactive or at-risk customers, best customers by value, and campaign results. In text, in a table, as a comparison, or as an executive summary, depending on how you ask.
Executes Sets up complete loyalty campaigns, creates automation workflows, and leaves part of the program configuration ready for your team to review and activate.
Advises With full visibility of the account, it cross-references information and recommends: which segments to prioritize, which automations have the most impact, where there is margin, and what goals to set.

Loyalty Master Example

Give me the 30 customers with the highest churn risk and export them to CSV

I have cross-referenced recency, frequency, and value over the last 12 months. They are 30 customers with 18,420 € of accumulated CLV and an average of 147 days without purchasing. 22 are in the At Risk segment and 8 in Hibernating. at-risk-customers.csv

Set up a reactivation campaign for that group with 300 bonus points

Campaign created as a draft: rule returning customer, action add 300 points, and push to wallet card upon accreditation. I have limited it to one execution per customer. Review it and activate it whenever you want. Campaign in draft

And behind Loyalty Master,
nine other new features

Everything on this list was released this year and is already in production, inside the plan, and with a known price. If you saw an Omniwallet demo six months ago, this is what you are missing.

New

Campaigns

Rule and action engine: nine purchase conditions, point balance, tier or date; and actions for points, product, coupon, email, push, webhook, or segment change. With tier groups so each customer receives only the best reward.

New

Segments

Named audiences that are filled manually or via CSV and are used as triggers or conditions inside workflows. Each segment shows which automations it is participating in.

New

Custom fields

Eight field types with validations, required flags, uniqueness, and regex, in four languages. With a stable slug to consume them from the API and use them as a segmentation criterion.

New

RFM Report

Classifies the base into Champions, Loyal, Promising, New, At Risk, Hibernating, and Lost, with mean and median LTV, seasonal heatmap, retention, and churn. Each segment can be exported with one click.

New

Commerce Report

Revenue concentration via Pareto, CLV distribution, frequently bought together, sales velocity changes, dead stock, category affinity, and suggested free shipping threshold.

New

Journeys and ROPO

Nominative sessions per customer, conversion funnel, and automatic detection of the "research online, purchase offline" pattern, attributing those physical revenues to the campaign that originated them.

New

Social Points

Points for following your brand on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube, or for leaving a Google review. Each network with its own points and URL.

New

Strava Integration

The customer connects their account via OAuth and their kilometers, moving time, and elevation gain are converted into points. With sports challenges, daily limits, and automatic blocking of suspicious activities.

Beta

Dynamic coupons

The discount code is generated in your store at the time of redemption, with a fixed amount, percentage, buy X get Y, free shipping, or free product. It refunds points if the customer doesn't use it.

The customer channel

Where your customer's
card lives

Both programs hand out the same points. What changes the outcome is where the member card ends up: in something the customer has to open, or in something they carry around without thinking about it.

NeoDay Proprietary front end

Their calculator asks you to choose a front end in step two, and these are the three options.

  1. 1 Web onlyThe program lives in the browser. The customer has to enter and log back in every time
  2. 2 SDK inside your appRequires your brand to already have an app and the customer to have it installed
  3. 3 White-label appPublication in the app stores and download by the customer
  4. The card is shown inside that front endQR code on screen, with the customer opening the web or app at checkout
  5. And notifications depend on that same channelWithout the app installed and notification permissions granted, no push will arrive
1 front end that you have to choose, build, and get the customer to use.
Omniwallet The wallet the phone already has

Apple and Google install a wallet from the factory on every phone. There is nothing to build and nothing to download.

  1. The card arrives via WhatsApp, email, or QR in storeAlso from the ecommerce site or the registration form
  2. One tap and it stays in Apple Wallet or Google WalletNo download, no password, and no expiring session
  3. Points, tier, and rewards update themselves on the passThe customer doesn't have to open anything to see them
  4. Pushes arrive on the lock screenAlso when approaching a store. Apple limit: 3/day per contact
  5. At checkout, NFC or QR from the pass itselfTwo seconds and the balance is updated
0 downloads and no front end to develop or maintain.
Integrations

Pre-built connectors,
not an integration project.

NeoDay connects to your POS, your ERP, and your CRM as part of the implementation project. We start from a catalog of connectors that are activated from the dashboard on the same day, with no limit on how many you use at once.

Real cost

Three volumes.
One with a price, another with a form.

We are not going to estimate what NeoDay costs, because they do not publish any figures and any number we put here would be made up. What we can do is show ours, calculated with the public rate and without negotiating anything.

What counts as an activity

Any operation that adds or subtracts points: a purchase, a redemption, birthday points, a review, a roulette spin. As a reference, your total activities roughly equal your monthly orders multiplied by 1.3. Registered members are not factored in: you only get billed for what moves.
