Omniwallet
Loyoly

The wallet card shouldn't
be an add-on.

In Loyoly, the Apple and Google Wallet card with its push notifications is a separate block from the pricing: it appears at the bottom of their pricing page, with no price tag, just a button to talk to sales. In Omniwallet, it's included in the 39 € plan, and it's not the only thing over there that has a meter running.

Same order volume.
Two very different pricing ladders.

Both platforms publish their pricing for the 0 to 500 monthly orders tier, so the comparison is direct. This is what each plan costs in that tier, and where the wallet card fits in each case.

Monthly plan fee — comparative scale, non-linear

And note the currency detail. Loyoly publishes its prices in pounds and excluding taxes, so their 99 £ weighs more on your budget than our 99 € —and their entry-level plan only includes two integrations and a single automation flow—. On top of that, you have to add the wallet card, which appears in their pricing as an independent block without a set price. Our 39 € plan already includes it, with unlimited push notifications and no cap on integrations.

Core Differences

Eight things Omniwallet
includes out of the box

We acknowledge the parts where they tie: points, VIP tiers, referrals, points expiration, program page, and anti-fraud protection. The interesting part starts right after.

The wallet card, inside the plan

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet starting at 39 €, with real-time balance and tier updates, push to the lock screen, and QR/NFC identification at checkout. In Loyoly, the Wallet Card is an add-on to the rate, with no published price.

Included vs add-on

Your ecommerce, whatever it is

Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento 2, and BigCommerce, plus Spanish POS and ERPs like Ágora, Stockagile, a3innuva, and stm. Loyoly works on Shopify and PrestaShop; outside of that, there is no program.

Multi-platform and local POS

Automations without a meter

Unlimited visual workflows with conditions, loops, calculations, and transaction queries, with 16 ready-to-use templates. In Loyoly, flows are counted by plan: one in Lite, three in Premium, and five in Enterprise.

Unlimited vs 1, 3, or 5

Automated WhatsApp and email with your own SMTP

Welcome messages and points addition/deduction via WhatsApp, with delivery tracking, plus transactional email with your server and templates. Without having to pay for a separate messaging tool.

Own channels

Loyalty Market: rewards, not just codes

Catalog featuring physical products with stock, SKU, and attributes, gift cards from major brands, dynamic coupons, and redemption management with statuses and home delivery, published on your own domain.

Catalog and logistics included

Business analytics, not just program metrics

RFM report with seven segments and AI reading, Commerce report with Pareto, CLV, frequently bought together, dead stock, and at-risk customers, and ROPO attribution of in-store sales to online campaigns.

RFM · Pareto · ROPO

Gamification and points for sports

Configurable lucky roulettes with prizes, periods, and limits per user, accessible directly from the pass. Plus, Strava integration, which turns kilometers, minutes, and elevation into points with sports challenges and anti-fraud blocking.

Out-of-the-box engagement

Start for free, not in seven days

The Freemium plan gives you 100 activities a month, forever, with all the features of the Advanced plan. You can build the entire program and show it to your team before paying anything. Loyoly offers a seven-day trial.

No ticking clock
Loyalty Master

Stop searching for the data.
Just ask for it.

Loyalty Master is our artificial intelligence agent and lives inside your account. It has access to everything in it —audiences, points program, Loyalty Market, communications, campaigns, channels, and analytics— and turns any of those data points into answers, reports, and actions. Instead of browsing dashboards, you type what you need. Loyale currently offers no equivalent assistant.

Reports RFM segmentations, points program performance, inactive or at-risk customers, best customers by value, and campaign results. In text, in a table, as a comparison, or as an executive summary, depending on how you ask.
Executes Sets up complete loyalty campaigns, creates automation workflows, and leaves part of the program configuration ready for your team to review and activate.
Advises With full visibility of the account, it cross-references information and recommends: which segments to prioritize, which automations have the most impact, where there is margin, and what goals to set.

Loyalty Master Example

Give me the 30 customers with the highest churn risk and export them to CSV

I have cross-referenced recency, frequency, and value over the last 12 months. They are 30 customers with 18,420 € of accumulated CLV and an average of 147 days without purchasing. 22 are in the At Risk segment and 8 in Hibernating. at-risk-customers.csv

Set up a reactivation campaign for that group with 300 bonus points

Campaign created as a draft: rule returning customer, action add 300 points, and push to wallet card upon accreditation. I have limited it to one execution per customer. Review it and activate it whenever you want. Campaign in draft

And behind Loyalty Master,
nine other new features

Everything on this list was released this year and is already in production, inside the plan, without add-ons. If you saw an Omniwallet demo six months ago, this is what you are missing.

New

Campaigns

Rule and action engine: nine purchase conditions, point balance, tier or date; and actions for points, product, coupon, email, push, webhook, or segment change. With tier groups so each customer receives only the best reward.

New

Segments

Named audiences that are filled manually or via CSV and are used as triggers or conditions inside workflows. Each segment shows which automations it is participating in.

New

Custom fields

Eight field types with validations, required flags, uniqueness, and regex, in four languages. With a stable slug to consume them from the API and use them as a segmentation criterion.

New

RFM Report

Classifies the base into Champions, Loyal, Promising, New, At Risk, Hibernating, and Lost, with mean and median LTV, seasonal heatmap, retention, and churn. Each segment can be exported with one click. Not available in Loyoly.

New

Commerce Report

Revenue concentration via Pareto, CLV distribution, frequently bought together, sales velocity changes, dead stock, category affinity, and suggested free shipping threshold. Not available in Loyoly.

New

Journeys and ROPO

Nominative sessions per customer, conversion funnel, and automatic detection of the "research online, purchase offline" pattern, attributing those physical revenues to the campaign that originated them. Not available in Loyoly.

New

Social Points

Points for following your brand on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube, or for leaving a Google review. Each network with its own points and URL. Not available in Loyoly.

New

Strava Integration

The customer connects their account via OAuth and their kilometers, moving time, and elevation gain are converted into points. With sports challenges, daily limits, and automatic blocking of suspicious activities. Not available in Loyoly.

Beta

Dynamic coupons

The discount code is generated in your store at the time of redemption, with a fixed amount, percentage, buy X get Y, free shipping, or free product. It refunds points if the customer doesn't use it.

The fine print on scope

How many things are metered
in your entry plan

A cheap plan stops being cheap when every piece you need is strictly capped. This is what each platform's entry-level plan includes, according to the feature tables they both publish.

Where your sales come from
and what it connects to.

A loyalty program is only as good as its connections to the place where the sale happens: the ecommerce platform and the store checkout. Here is what each platform covers natively.

The practical consequence: if tomorrow you open a physical store with an Ágora POS, or buy a brand that sells on WooCommerce, with us it's a plugin and with them there's no path forward. And on their entry plan, even if the connector existed, you could only have two active integrations at once.

Real cost

Three volumes,
with both public pricing plans

Our pricing is published down to the cent per extra operation. Theirs is published by order tiers, and always adding the Wallet Card separately, which has no listed price. These are the numbers that can be put on the table.

What counts as an activity

Any operation that adds or subtracts points: a purchase, a redemption, birthday points, a review, a roulette spin. As a reference, your total activities roughly equal your monthly orders multiplied by 1.3. Registered members are not billed: you only get billed for what moves.

Who is each one for

We aren't always the answer

Loyoly and Omniwallet solve different things. If your use case is in the left column, we'll save you the demo.

Loyoly is a better fit if…

Their model makes more sense in these cases
  • You use Shopify or PrestaShop, you don't need a wallet card, and you don't care that it's an unpriced add-on
  • You only need one or two integrations to work alongside the platform
  • You don't need to build more than one or three automation flows
  • Your physical store layer isn't a priority and you don't need to connect your local POS
  • A basic reports module is enough for you

Omniwallet is a better fit if…

This is where we make a difference
  • You want the Apple and Google Wallet card from day one, without it being an extra
  • You need to connect multiple tools and run as many workflows as you want without having to upgrade plans
  • You use WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce, or you have Ágora, Stockagile, a3innuva, or stm at checkout
  • You have physical stores and want to know which in-store sale comes from which online campaign
  • WhatsApp is an essential channel for your brand
  • You want an AI to execute actions for you, not just answer questions

Start for free and with
unlimited members from day one.

Set up the entire program without paying anything, with all the features of the Advanced plan. And if you prefer us to run the numbers with your real member base and orders, let's book a demo.
