The metric that decides the project

Both programs end up working.
The difference is when.

No feature compensates for twelve months without a program. This is the same timeline for both platforms: from the moment the decision is made until the first customer earns points.

Comparative timeline, non-linear scale

Why the difference is so big. It's not that Loyal Guru is slow: it's that their model is designed for retailers in a hundred countries, which forces an RFP process, an annual contract, and custom integration with the client's ERP and POS. Omniwallet starts with pre-built connectors, published pricing, and a free plan that lets you start today without talking to anyone. If your project fits those connectors, you spend that one-year difference operating the program instead of building it.

Core Differences

Eight things Omniwallet brings
and Loyal Guru doesn't consider

We acknowledge the parts where they tie, which is a lot: points, tiers, cashback, gamification, CDP, campaign engine, retail analytics, and AI assistant. The interesting part is the rest.

The card lives in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

The customer adds their card with a tap, without downloading anything or creating a password, and sees their balance and tier updated in real-time. Loyal Guru solves the front-end with a white-label app and website via SDK, which the customer does have to install or visit.

Native pass vs custom app

Push to the lock screen without an app in between

The notification comes from the pass itself, so it arrives even if the customer has no app installed, and can be triggered when approaching a store. Loyal Guru sends push, SMS, and email natively, but their push requires the app and notification permissions.

No prior installation

Loyalty Market: real rewards, not just discounts

Catalog featuring physical products with stock and SKU, gift cards from major brands, dynamic coupons, and redemption management with statuses and home delivery, published on your own domain. Loyal Guru focuses on discounts, cashback, and cart promotions.

Catalog and logistics included

Journeys and ROPO attribution

Cross-references the web sessions of each identified customer with their in-store purchases to know which physical sale comes from which online campaign. That ROAS is not reported by Meta or Google, and it doesn't appear in Loyal Guru's proposal.

Online → store

Pre-built connectors, not an integration project

Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento 2, BigCommerce, Ágora, Stockagile, a3innuva, stm ERP and eight more, ready from the dashboard. Loyal Guru connects to almost anything, but through API, SDK, and ETL: it's integration work, not a switch.

18 native connectors

Published pricing and free plan

Prices are on the website, there's a calculator, and you can set up the entire program for free up to 100 activities per month. With Loyal Guru, the price is known at the end of a sales process and is signed for a year.

No RFP needed to know the cost

Points for social media and sports

Social Points gives points for following you on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, or YouTube, and for leaving a Google review. The Strava integration turns kilometers, minutes, and elevation into points, with sports challenges and anti-fraud.

Out-of-the-box loyalty

Marketing operates without relying on IT

Visual workflows with conditions, loops, calculations, and transaction queries, plus custom fields and segments, all from the dashboard. In a Loyal Guru enterprise rollout, it is usual to have an internal technical team to get the most out of it.

No dedicated technical team
Loyalty Master

We both have AI.
The difference is who gets it.

Loyal Guru has its GenAI layer and does very similar things: creating campaigns via prompt, pulling reports by asking, and generating campaign images. We are not selling a non-existent advantage here. Loyalty Master is our artificial intelligence agent, it lives inside your account, has access to everything in it, and turns any data into answers, reports, and actions. The real difference is where it sits: in a 199 €/month plan with published pricing, not locked inside an enterprise contract.

Reports RFM segmentations, points program performance, inactive or at-risk customers, best customers by value, and campaign results. In text, in a table, as a comparison, or as an executive summary, depending on how you ask.
Executes Sets up complete loyalty campaigns, creates automation workflows, and leaves part of the program configuration ready for your team to review and activate.
Advises With full visibility of the account, it cross-references information and recommends: which segments to prioritize, which automations have the most impact, where there is margin, and what goals to set.

Give me the 30 customers with the highest churn risk and export them to CSV

I have cross-referenced recency, frequency, and value over the last 12 months. They are 30 customers with 18,420 € of accumulated CLV and an average of 147 days without purchasing. 22 are in the At Risk segment and 8 in Hibernating. at-risk-customers.csv

Set up a reactivation campaign for that group with 300 bonus points

Campaign created as a draft: rule returning customer, action add 300 points, and push to wallet card upon accreditation. I have limited it to one execution per customer. Review it and activate it whenever you want. Campaign in draft

And behind Loyalty Master,
nine other new features

Everything on this list was released this year and is already in production. If you saw an Omniwallet demo six months ago, this is what you are missing.

New

Campaigns

Rule and action engine: nine purchase conditions, point balance, tier or date; and actions for points, product, coupon, email, push, webhook, or segment change. With tier groups so each customer receives only the best reward.

New

Segments

Named audiences that are filled manually or via CSV and are used as triggers or conditions inside workflows. Each segment shows which automations it is participating in.

New

Custom fields

Eight field types with validations, required flags, uniqueness, and regex, in four languages. With a stable slug to consume them from the API and use them as a segmentation criterion.

New

RFM Report

Classifies the base into Champions, Loyal, Promising, New, At Risk, Hibernating, and Lost, with mean and median LTV, seasonal heatmap, retention, and churn. Each segment can be exported with one click.

New

Commerce Report

Revenue concentration via Pareto, CLV distribution, frequently bought together, sales velocity changes, dead stock, category affinity, and suggested free shipping threshold.

New

Journeys and ROPO

Nominative sessions per customer, conversion funnel, and automatic detection of the "research online, purchase offline" pattern, attributing those physical revenues to the campaign that originated them. Does not appear in Loyal Guru's proposal.

New

Social Points

Points for following your brand on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube, or for leaving a Google review. Each network with its own points and URL. Does not appear in Loyal Guru's proposal.

New

Strava Integration

The customer connects their account via OAuth and their kilometers, moving time, and elevation gain are converted into points. With sports challenges, daily limits, and automatic blocking of suspicious activities. Does not appear in Loyal Guru's proposal.

Beta

Dynamic coupons

The discount code is generated in your store at the time of redemption, with a fixed amount, percentage, buy X get Y, free shipping, or free product. It refunds points if the customer doesn't use it.

The customer channel

The engine isn't the problem.
Reaching the customer is.

Both programs hand out the same points. The difference lies in how many things the customer has to do before taking advantage of them, and what it takes for a notification to reach them.

Loyal Guru White-label front-end

Loyal Guru delivers a white-label app and web suite that the brand integrates into its properties using an SDK.

  1. 1 The brand deploys the program app or websiteSDK integration into existing digital properties
  2. 2 The customer downloads it or goes to the webFirst point where part of the base is lost
  3. 3 Registers and logs inAnd logs back in every time the session expires
  4. 4 Accepts notifications to receive pushesWithout that permission, the push channel doesn't exist for that customer
  5. 5 Opens the app at checkout and shows their codeWith the queue waiting behind them
5 steps between signup and the first redemption, and each drops people along the way.
Omniwallet Pass in the native wallet

Omniwallet uses the app that Apple and Google already pre-install on every phone: there is nothing to deploy and nothing to download.

  1. 1 The customer receives their card via WhatsApp, email, or QR in storeAlso from the ecommerce site or the registration form
  2. 2 One tap and it's in Apple Wallet or Google WalletNo download, no password, no expiring sessions
  3. 3 Points, tier, and rewards update themselves on the passThe customer doesn't have to open anything to see them
  4. 4 Pushes arrive on the lock screenAlso when approaching a store. Apple limit: 3/day per contact
  5. 5 At checkout, NFC or QR from the pass itselfTwo seconds and the balance is updated
0 downloads and no session to log into. The channel is already in the customer's pocket.
Integrations

Connecting with everything is not the same
as coming already connected.

Loyal Guru has an excellent open architecture: high-performance API, SDK, file ETL, webhooks, and direct SQL access. With that, it connects to anything. What it does not publish is a catalog of ready-to-activate connectors from the dashboard.

The honest read: if your data team wants to query raw data via SQL or write their own integrations, Loyal Guru goes further than we do. If what you want is to connect your PrestaShop and your Ágora POS this week without opening a project, we already have it done.

Real cost

Our pricing is published.
Theirs is negotiated.

We are not going to invent what Loyal Guru costs: they don't publish it and any number we put here would be a guess. What we can do is show ours, calculated using public rates without negotiating anything.

What counts as an activity

Any operation that adds or subtracts points: a purchase, a redemption, birthday points, a review, a roulette spin. As a reference, your total activities roughly equal your monthly orders multiplied by 1.3.

What if we need an app?

Loyalty Market
can be your app.

Loyal Guru solves the front-end with a very complete white-label suite, and it is a good solution if the brand wants its own app as the center of the program. We start from the opposite side: the pass in the native wallet covers 90% of use cases without asking anything of the customer.

When the brand does want to be in the App Store, our Loyalty Market —where the customer checks their balance, browses the rewards catalog, participates in roulettes, and manages redemptions— is wrapped into a native app for iOS and Android without changing anything on the platform.

The app exists for brands that want that presence in the store. But the program works just as well, and with less friction, without it.

Ways to access the program
From the pass in Apple or Google Wallet Recommended No downloads, no login, and no expiring sessions. The customer taps their card and enters the center of their program.
From the brand's ecommerce Integrated plugin in the online store: the customer sees their balance and rewards and redeems during the purchase itself.
Native iOS and Android app, if needed The Loyalty Market is published as an app on the App Store and Google Play. Same platform, full app experience.

Whether you have 20 or 200 stores, we can be your engine.
