On the exact birthday date, the system automatically grants gift points to the user. You decide how many points to give based on the value you want to assign to this special date.
Tip: Calculate the gift based on the average ticket. If your average ticket is €50, a €10 voucher (20%) is generous but ensures conversion.
The user receives a congratulatory email in their inbox. The message can include their name, the gifted points, a special discount code, and a direct link to redeem their gift.
Tip: Add urgency: "Valid for 30 days" increases the usage rate.
As a special reward, the user automatically moves up to the next level of your loyalty program. This upgrade can be permanent or temporary (e.g., for 1 month).

Completely automatic system that runs without manual intervention
OmniWallet has the birth date data of each user. A daily cronjob (runs at 00:00h) checks which users have a birthday that day.
The system automatically adds the configured points to the user's account. These points appear immediately in their balance and can be redeemed right away.
If configured, the system upgrades the user to the next level. If temporary, a task is scheduled to revert the level after the set period.
The special birthday wheel is enabled for that user. The wheel will be available for 24-48 hours (configurable) before automatically deactivating.
The congratulatory email is triggered through your email marketing platform (Brevo, Klaviyo, etc.). The email includes the gifted points and access to the wheel.
If the user has the digital card installed, they receive a push notification on their mobile: "🎉 Happy Birthday! You have a gift waiting for you"
