What is Loyalty Master and how does it work?
Loyalty Master is Omniwallet's artificial intelligence engine, designed to analyze your account data, generate advanced reports, and execute loyalty actions directly through natural language instructions, without the need for technical knowledge.
Loyalty Master accesses all the information available in your account (audiences, points program, Loyalty Market, communications, marketing, channels, and analytics) to answer questions, generate reports, and suggest decisions based on real data.
With Loyalty Master you can:
- Request advanced reports on any Omniwallet data (RFM segmentation, best customers, inactive customers, points program status, campaign results...).
- View those reports in different formats, depending on the question and the requested information.
- Set up complete loyalty campaigns using natural language.
- Create and configure automation workflows.
- Prepare part of the program configuration for review and activation.
- Receive advanced strategic advice and objectives based on a comprehensive analysis of your account.
To get started, you just need to write your request in the Loyalty Master chat, just like you would with any team member: for example, "Segment my customers by RFM" or "How is my points program doing?".
Loyalty Master is available in the Advance and Plus plans. Each plan includes a specific number of monthly requests to the assistant.
