Bazar el regalo, with a chain of more than 50 appliance stores in Catalunya, needed to deploy a Loyalty program that would connect its Online universe with the Offline, which had until now been at odds. The profile of its physical store customer was not very digital, so an easy, fast, and agile solution was necessary.
