Alqvimia is a Spanish brand of holistic and natural luxury cosmetics, a pioneer in integrating philosophy, well-being, and high-efficacy products based on 100% pure essential oils and natural raw materials. Founded in 1984, its vision has always been to transform beauty into a journey of deep well-being, combining tradition, innovation, and respect for nature.

Alqvimia had a community of loyal customers, distributed among physical stores, experiential spas, eCommerce channels, and exclusive events. However, as its omnichannel presence grew, a strategic need arose:

Measure and enhance real customer loyalty, not just transactional.

Unify online and offline experiences within a coherent loyalty program.

A points system for purchases: Every euro spent is transformed into points that can be redeemed for benefits, gifts, or experiences, fostering recurrence and continuous reward.

User levels with increasing benefits: ALQVIMIA Universe is structured in levels (Essential, Supreme, and Divine).

Each level offers exclusive advantages that reinforce the emotional bond:

- Access to private sales, discounts, and exclusive gifts.

- Access to gift boxes or visits to the headquarters for higher levels.

This progression encourages recurring purchases and ongoing engagement, and is aligned with the brand's positioning as a universe of well-being rather than a discount program.
